Top Notch Thrift Store strives to provide our community with quality used merchandise in categories you would find in any department store: clothing, furniture, housewares, tools, gardening, pet supplies, linens, books, music, small appliances, electronics and home decor. We also have a fabulous selection of vintage jewelry and collectibles.
Located in Bond Plaza on Columbia Blvd, our goal is to live up to our name with top notch merchandise, top notch staff, and a top notch shopping environment. Our prices are low, the store is clean and organized, and our staff is friendly.
Yes, we know St. Helens has a lot of second hand stores, but we're proud to say we're the best!

Who We Are
Top Notch is run by mostly volunteers and a few employees to raise funds for the St. Helens Senior Center and its programs, including home-delivered meals.

St. Helens Senior Center
The SHSC provides services for seniors in our community, including congregate meals at the center, home-delivered meals, daily activities and programs, health information, and educational classes. We also provide information and assistance for senior advocacy. Some activities require nominal fees, but most are provided free of charge through fundraisers, revenue from Top Notch, and partnerships with other groups in our community.
